What a pain! I'd say the discolouring is due to the weather not knowing what it is doing and not enough leaf coverage to keep the head white. Can you salvage any of itby cutting the pink parts off? Beer for the snails while you're at it ;)

ReplyDeleteWhy can't you eat them? I would scrape the pink off, maybe, but I'd still eat them. But then I'm a bit manky too.
