Frugal Friday
On my mind today is meal planning in order to do the grocery shopping tomorrow without the children!
I’m sifting through the pantry to see what meals I already have, looking through cook books for ideas & making a list.
Shopping list
Milk x4
Egg
Olive oil
Cheese
I’m going to be making each dish work for two meals i.e.: Left over roast, shredded with salad in tortillas.
Or zucchini slice for dinner then lunch the next day.
You get the pitcher!
I did this last month & apart from a few runs to the fruit & veg market it worked well I spent $264 for the month which is $66 per week not bad for a family of 4 I think.

It sounds like you have a good handle on your grocery budget. It takes a lot of planning and creativity to feed a family and stay in budget.
